Brief
Design postcards and social asset for the release of Kokuho in the UK.
Concept
Inspired by the film's Kabuki influences, I designed a series of postcards that draw from its distinctive colour palette and visual motifs.
The first concept takes inspiration from the expressive brushstrokes of traditional Japanese calligraphy, while the second references the layered fabrics and rich textures of Kabuki costumes, translating these elements into a contemporary graphic style.
